Shipping & Returns
Quality Vacuums - Online Store will ship to 48 states in the continental USA. We will accommodate shipping your items through a quicker method if needed. Please contact us at email@example.com for pricing regarding quicker shipping. We will charge your credit card accordingly only after informing you of the additional charges.
Delivery times will vary. Most orders will ship within 1 - 5 business days and arrive within 1 – 8 business days depending on your shipping method. We ship most of our packages via UPS. Sometimes we ship packages via FedEx and USPS. We do not take requests for the shipping carrier. Please make sure that you give us an accurate street address that can be delivered to. Delivery quotes are for business days only. Shippers do not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday and do not count those days in quotes.
Price Match Policy
We'll match the price if you buy a qualifying item at Quality Vacuums - Online Store then find the identical item for less at a select online competitors stores. or local print ad. Price matches may be requested at time of purchase.
An order cancelled after it is shipped, will have the 30-day return policy apply as explained above, the item must not be opened.
Quality Vacuums - Online Store offers a 30 day money back guarantee. Customer must call and receive an RMA# for purchased items wanting to be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. Returns must be in original packaging accompanied with invoice #. Please follow the steps below but please first read the following conditions that apply:
- Special Order parts are non returnable. All special order or custom order parts are final sale, and will not be accepted even if items are returned and will be shipped back to the customer if these items are returned. Furthermore, no refunds are offered for special order parts.
- Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
- No restocking fee for unopened items with a RMA# issued within 7 days.
- 15% restocking fee for opened and resealed items.
- Return shipping will be paid for by customer unless error was made by Quality Vacuums - Online Store (Ex: wrong item shipped) in which case return shipping will be paid for by Quality Vacuums - Online Store.
- Products must be accompanied with all original packing, tags, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, promotional gifts, and anything else included with item purchase.
- Quality Vacuums - Online Store assumes no responsibility for lost products during return transit.
- Quality Vacuums - Online Store reserves the right to take up to 14 days to process and inspect returns before refund credit is given.
- Once received, if item shows excessive wear and tear, or has smoke damage, the customer will be charged for these repairs. Quality Vacuums - Online Store will deduct from the return purchase amount a $100 cleaning fee for products showing excessive wear and tear

- We will not process returns without a RMA#

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Although we offer free shipping the cost of shipping a returned item to you WILL BE DEDUCTED from your refund unless item is defective.
- All products claim to be defective will be tested to confirm the claim
